Cancel 91+ days before the trip start date: refund less a $50 admin fee. Between 46 and 90 days: refund less $100. Inside 30 days: refund less any money already committed to activities you booked. All fees apply per person.
The answers provided below are based on answers previously given by the tour provider to customers’ questions.
You get a refund of the amount you paid for the trip, less a US$50 administration fee per person.
You get a refund less US$100 per person.
You get a refund less all money already paid out on activities you booked (permits, lodge deposits, transport reservations).
All cancellation fees above are applied on a per-person basis.
